A team building from zero, or with very limited resources, usually starts Guided and leans on us for nearly everything. An established function often runs Self-run, using us for the analysis, the documentation, and the quarterly rhythm, or adds an Embedded professional for extra capacity. The mix changes as your program evolves.

Why don’t you publish prices?
Both drivers of price, footprint and depth, vary too much between a five-site company and a fifty-site one for a printed figure to be honest. One short call settles a figure specific to your footprint, with no surprises after it.
Is the expert team included, or billed separately?
Included. Your expert team is part of the subscription, not a separate line of billing. The only separately scoped work is the add-ons, and nothing begins without a written quote you approve.
We’re a large company with a small security team. Will this fit?
Yes. The subscription flexes to how your team is staffed. Your team keeps ownership and the decisions, and we carry as much of the analysis, documentation, and drafting as your bandwidth requires.
What does the first 90 days look like?
Onboarding is about two weeks: you share what you already track, and we structure and map it. By day 90 you have a complete, board-ready picture of your program, and keeping it current takes a few hours a month from your side.
Can we change how much you run for us later?
Yes. Depth is calibrated at the start and recalibrated as your program matures, your footprint grows, or your team changes. The platform, your data, and your history stay the same throughout.
What does the embedded option include?
An embedded Holtium resource covers strategy, data governance, and corporate security program work. We do not place investigators, intelligence analysts, or guards.
